How can I open up in front of a counsellor? Is it confidential?

The counsellor treats the counsellee with warmth and understands his/her problem well.

Everything is confidential. The counsellor does not inform anything to others. In case if it is important to involve a friend or a family member, the counsellor does it after taking the counsellee’s permission.
